Andrei Sergeyevich Pivovarov (Russian: Андрей Сергеевич Пивоваров; born 23 September 1981) is a Russian political activist, formerly incarcerated on charges of carrying out activities for an undesirable organisation. He formerly served as director of Open Russia. The Memorial Human Rights Center has deemed him a political prisoner.[1] From 22 October 2012 to 19 October 2013 he was a member of the Russian Opposition Coordination Council.

He was released on August 1, 2024 as part of a prisoner exchange that included 25 other prisoners.[2]
